Sights and smells

I went out with my family on Saturday night for the usual dinner because my mum would be really lazy to cook on Saturday nights. We went to eat at some obscure coffeeshop in Kallang, where my dad boasted about his first day as a Fujitec technician and he had to climb up some lift, which was a daunting task. I didn't know my dad was afraid of stuff. haha.

So anyways, what was so unusual about that dinner was that we ended up touring places in Singapore that we've never been together as a family, and I thought that was really nice.

My mum has been whining about going to esplanade, so we went there and looked around. It was super packed, just like the other night because of the River Hong Bao thingy. Then my dad drove us to Marina South, that super cheap Bowling and Billiard place, with the seafood centres and really nice park. (( :D )) But the park is super dead at night. Literally.

Haha. I didn't know Singapore had such nice places. Hah. This is what you call a true blue Singaporean. And anyways, thanks to me and my big mouth, I reminded my mum that she's been whining about going to Mustafa Centre for a long, long time. (( WTH right, of all places ))

So thanks to yours truly, we ended up driving along Veerasamy Road, then the grand Mustafa centre came into view. Actually, frankly speaking, I was really impressed by the place. They sell anything and everything under the sun. Yeap, you should go there one day. Prices are okay, some cheaper than usual. It should be the Harrods of Singapore. I'm serious.

Bahh. That was a nice trip. Now I really wanna drive. (( okay, zero relevance ))
